Job summary

Block22 LLC in Boise, Idaho is seeking friendly Guest Services team members to serve as frontline ambassadors at Idaho Central Arena. You will greet guests, answer questions, scan tickets, guide patrons to seating and facilities, and help ensure a safe, welcoming, family-friendly event experience.

This role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and proactive service, with responsibilities across various guest-facing tasks depending on event needs.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, events, or another guest-facing environment preferred.
• Must be comfortable engaging with guests in a friendly, professional, and proactive manner, including initiating conversations and offering assistance.
• Must be able to remain alert and attentive while standing and walking for extended periods.
• Must be willing and able to occasionally assist with event setup and teardown, including chair setup.
• Must commit to working a minimum of 60% of published/ticketed events each month.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, friendly, and welcoming presence throughout the arena and assist guests to create a positive experience.
• Utilize hand-held ticket scanners to process guest entry and act as the first contact for guests.
• Assist guests with seating, suites, concessions, restrooms, and directions.
• Support guests with accessibility needs and ensure welcoming environment for all.
• Promote safety and enforce arena policies in a friendly, consistent manner.
• Communicate safety, security, or guest concerns to Arena Security or management and assist with resolutions.
• Maintain a positive, approachable demeanor and demonstrate teamwork and integrity at every event.
• Have fun and help create an energetic, welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest return.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
