Job summary

Weis Markets, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Attendant to greet customers, assist with groceries, and help keep the store clean and welcoming.

In this on-site role you will retrieve carts, bag groceries, answer questions, and support cashiers while maintaining safety and organization.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a cheerful manner and answers questions while providing assistance.
• Retrieves shopping carts and ensures they are not left in parking areas; brings them to the front.
• Assists customers by loading groceries into vehicles as needed.
• Keeps parking lot, vestibule, and front-end clean and free of debris; maintains trash/recycling receptacles.
• Maintains safety by watching for slip/trip hazards and ensuring exits are clear.
• Assists cashiers by bagging groceries and supporting intercom/patrol duties; cleans and restocks as needed.
• Operates cleaning equipment when trained and keeps equipment in good repair.
• Notifies management when repairs or supplies are needed and cooperates with coworkers to run the department smoothly.
• Performs other duties as required by management.
