Topgolf Renton is seeking a Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, check them in, explain the game, and set up bays for a great experience. You’ll drive the guest journey with speed, warmth, and a guest-first mindset across peak periods, events, and high-volume days.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing, retail, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Ability to check guests in quickly using front-desk systems or POS.
• Comfort with handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
• Strong communication skills and a welcoming, energetic demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest immediately and warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Check guests in quickly and guide them to theirBay, explaining the game as needed.
• Assist with golf clubs, equipment, and any setup required for play.
• Explain rules and venue layout clearly to help guests enjoy their visit.
• Drive guest experience with upsell of memberships and retail items.
• Maintain smiling, urgent, guest-first service throughout shifts.
