Bentley Scottsdale, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for a friendly Greeter to greet customers and connect them with our dealership team to deliver an extraordinary experience.

You will be the first impression, offering courteous help by phone or in person, supporting events, service rush hours, and collaborating with sales and service teams in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and connect them with the dealership team in person or by phone.
• Serve as a friendly first impression and provide courteous, accurate information.
• Assist during events and service rush hours and route customers appropriately.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and input basic customer data as needed.
