Job summary

Downtown Container Park in Las Vegas is seeking a Part-Time Greeter to join our team. You will be the friendly face welcoming guests, directing them around the park, and assisting with daily events while keeping the area clean and secure.

As the park’s first point of contact, you’ll help guests with directions, monitor safety, and support event activities. Flexible in the evenings, weekends, and holidays, prior customer-facing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must obtain Sheriff's Card and TAM Card.
• Strong familiarity with Downtown Las Vegas and its businesses/services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least one year of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Professional hygiene and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patrons to Container Park.
• Maintain a calendar of daily events.
• Keep premises free of refuse, graffiti, and hazards.
• Provide directions to guests within Container Park.
• Report suspicious activity or dangerous situations to authorities.
• Complete incident statements and log them for investigations.
• Accept packages or letters delivered to Container Park.
• Uphold policies and procedures in Tree House.
• Call for Team Walks when requested by visitors.
• Count patrons entering and exiting Container Park.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
