Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, NJ, seeks energetic Guest Ambassadors to be the friendly face of our front-line team. You will greet guests, guide them, answer questions, and help maintain a safe, engaging environment for discoveries.

The role is part-time with a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends). You should enjoy public speaking, solve problems quickly, coach peers, and show professionalism, reliability, and a passion for science education.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse visitors.
• Minimum age requirement: 18.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service from arrival to departure.
• Greet guests and assist with orientation and directions.
• Manage crowds, queues, and group check-ins.
• Input data into Tessitura ticketing system.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of public spaces.
• Assist with special events and programming.
