Weis Markets is seeking a Customer Experience Attendant to greet customers, assist with questions, and maintain store cleanliness. The role involves helping with carts, loading groceries, bagging, and ensuring safety.

Training is provided to operate cleaning equipment and uphold a safe, welcoming store environment for all customers. No prior experience is required; a high school diploma or GED is acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers with a cheerful attitude and assist with questions to ensure quality service (and thank them on exit).
• Retrieve and return shopping carts; keep parking areas and front porch clean and safe.
• Assist customers by loading groceries into vehicles and bag groceries as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot, vestibule, front-end, restrooms and break rooms.
• Be alert to safety hazards and report any issues to management.
• Operate cleaning equipment as trained and ensure equipment is well maintained.
• Collaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth department and store operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
