Qualifications

• Prior Greeter experience is required.
• Proven success in an elevated service environment.
• Ability to communicate with guests and coworkers quickly and accurately.
• Punctual, timely and responsible with sound and professional judgment.
• Warm, friendly, and outgoing with a clean, well-groomed appearance.
• Able to multi-task, handle stress, and perform under time-sensitive pressure.
• Able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and provide a genuine, warm welcome.
• Seat guests and manage party rotations.
• Provide directions and restaurant information to guests and staff.
