Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, assisting VIP arrivals, managing check-in/check-out processes, and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with personal recognition upon arrival
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities
• Escort VIPs to rooms and assist with check-in
• Answer phones promptly with a smile and assist or transfer calls
• Manage cash handling; count bank at shift start and end; report cash discrepancies
• Keep front desk area clean and organized
• Assist with lobby activation as needed
• Protect guest PII data and follow privacy procedures
• Follow check-in/out checklists and verify IDs and payments
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
