Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate in Fontana, CA. This role focuses on delivering a welcoming guest experience, helping guests find products, and promoting Target services. You will greet guests, assist with questions, and ensure smooth checkouts.

Ideal candidates communicate effectively, stay composed in a fast-paced environment, and can adapt to varying guest needs. Training will cover store services, loyalty programs, and safety policies. A flexible schedule is required.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests at 10ft and 4ft distances and assisting with needs
• Help guests find products and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain accuracy
• Support team and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Promote Target loyalty programs and assist with enrollment and sign-in as needed
• Explain and demonstrate store services like Order Pick-Up and Drive Up to guests
• Handle returns or exchanges following Target policies and procedures
• Keep a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during open hours
• Operate and learn about Target App features and promotions
