Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to warmly welcome guests, resolve issues, and promote services like Order Pick Up and Drive Up. You’ll greet guests, help locate items, explain store programs, and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment while supporting team members across shifts.

Experience is not required; you’ll receive comprehensive training to build skills in customer service, product knowledge, and operating handheld scanners, with flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.
