• Support team members across areas while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Promote and explain Target benefits and the Target App features to guests.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and in line with safety standards.
• Assist with order pick up, drive-up, and online ordering and enroll guests in programs as needed.
• Handle returns or exchanges per Target policies and guidance.
