• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step process.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments: greet guests, assist with needs, and end transactions with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Maintain stocked, zoned sales floor and accurate signage.
• Assist with truck unloads and stock product to the floor.
• Process inbound deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy and complete daily backroom audits.
