Job summary

Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is seeking an Activities Coordinator to design and promote engaging recreation programs. You will lead classes like Lei making, Hula movement, ukulele lessons, and Keiki crafts, delivering the warmth of Hilton hospitality to guests.

You will coordinate spa, salon, and fitness activities, assist at the front desk, and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining a safe, clean environment across facilities on 22 acres with 2,860 rooms and 17 outlets

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recreation programs for spa, salon, fitness center, and health club.
• Provide receptionist support: handle calls, schedule appointments, process transactions, and manage messages.
• Monitor inventory: stock and maintain recreation program supplies as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment: uphold cleanliness and safety standards across facilities.
