Job summary

Casa de Fruta in California is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the Accommodations operation (RV Park, Inn and Cabins). You will partner with another Assistant Manager to ensure guest satisfaction, operational readiness, and safe, high-quality service across lodging areas.

Responsibilities include managing reservations, coordinating maintenance, supporting budgeting, and leading a team to deliver outstanding experiences while aligning with regulatory compliance and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in managing hospitality properties and staff.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the RV Park, Inn, and Cabins.
• Coordinate reservations, guest requests, and occupancy needs.
• Ensure cleanliness, upkeep, and operational readiness of all lodging areas.
• Monitor amenities and safety to provide a welcoming environment.
• Assist in budgeting, revenue goals, and expense controls.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and performance of the accommodations team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and incident resolution as needed.
