Job summary

High 5 Hospitality LLC in Maryland is seeking a friendly Server to create welcoming dining experiences and drive guest loyalty. You will take food and beverage orders, deliver them promptly, and ensure guest needs are met in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, reliable, and comfortable working with hosts, kitchen staff, and management to maintain a polished service standard. Prior experience is preferred but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is preferred but training is provided.
• Ability to engage guests and provide a positive dining experience.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service preferred by federal/state laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to guests and engage in conversation.
• Present menus knowledgeably and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Enter orders into the POS system accurately and in sequence.
• Handle payments, tips, and transactions with precision.
• Bus tables and prep for the next guest while maintaining cleanliness.
• Support opening/closing duties and communicate guest needs to staff.
