Job summary

Wings & Rings in Ohio is seeking a server to provide a friendly, professional guest experience and to upsell menu items. You will work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain accurate POS entries.

The role requires reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant is a plus; capacity to learn menu changes and specials will be valued.

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, twist and stand for long periods.
• Speak, read and comprehend instructions and customer communications.
• Regular, reliable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with every guest in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.
• Knows our food and beverage products; informs guests of specials and menu changes.
• Processes orders to ensure proper preparation and timely service; coordinates with staff.
• Completes opening, closing and side work tasks thoroughly and timely.
• Accounts for sales, discounts, promotions, and tips in the POS system.
