Job summary

Metz Culinary Management is seeking a Rock Star Food Service Supervisor to lead our busy dining operations with a focus on service excellence and hospitality. The ideal candidate brings experience in café management, retail sales, kitchen operations, and guest services, and holds a SERV Safe certification.

In this role you will supervise staff, manage scheduling and budgets, and work closely with residents, patients and community to maintain high standards of safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• SERV Safe Certification required for food safety management.
• Experience managing employees, including scheduling and discipline.
• Experience with record keeping and budgeting.
• Ability to create and submit regular reports.
• Background in cafe management, retail sales, kitchen operations, and guest services.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport with residents, patients and community.
• Handle complaints, suggestions and public relations as priority.
• Support GM in communications with client contracts and all departments.
• Maintain safe and sanitary working environment.
• Train staff and ensure continuing training for all employees.
• Perform other tasks as requested by GM.
