Job summary

Taos Ski Valley, Inc. is seeking a Food Runner/Busser to support dining room operations during winter service. You will deliver food, assist servers, and help maintain a clean, guest-ready environment in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent communication and a positive attitude are essential. Experience in a restaurant is a plus, and NM Food Handlers and NM Alcohol Server certifications may be required. This role offers base pay $13.00/hour plus tips.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant is a plus.
Must obtain NM Food Handlers Certification.
Must obtain NM Alcohol Server Certification.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring each order reaches the correct guest while maintaining presentation and service standards.
Communicate with guests to ensure a satisfactory experience and relay feedback to staff.
Monitor guest needs during service and relay to server or manager.
Clear tables and maintain a clean dining environment.
Sanitize and reset tables according to standards.
Maintain dining room, stations, and guest areas; address spills promptly.
Stock and replenish service stations.
Follow health, sanitation, and safety standards.
Reliable attendance on all scheduled days.
Other duties as assigned.
