The Little America Hotel Salt Lake City is seeking a Buffet Server to join our on-site Food & Beverage team. This part-time role supports friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced buffet, maintaining clean dining areas and assisting guests throughout service.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with seating, clearing and resetting tables, refilling beverages, and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Weekend and holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move dishes and trays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Weekend, holiday, and flexible shifts availability.
• Positive attitude and teamwork oriented.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist guests with seating and provide buffet information as needed.
• Monitor dining areas and respond promptly to requests.
• Clear dishes and glassware from tables during service.
• Clean and reset tables quickly for new guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and stations.
