Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school education.
• Minimum of two years in a bartending role.
• Bartending certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar with liquor, juices, and mixers.
• Keep bar and glassware clean and sanitized.
• Verify guest age for alcohol service.
• Prepare drinks per standards and guest preferences.
• Present bill and handle payment.
• Engage guests and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor for overconsumption and take action as needed.
• Lock up and secure all beverages and equipment, deposit cash drops.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
