Job summary

L'Auberge Baton Rouge is seeking a friendly beverage server to provide fast, beverage-service to casino guests and servers, monitor alcohol service per guidelines, and promote casino events.

You will prepare and pour drinks, operate the POS system, maintain a clean workstation, and collaborate with bartenders and other staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Must be 21+, fluent English, and available for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and eligible to work.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Knowledge of cocktails and proper pouring techniques is a plus.
• Available to work nights, weekends, holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes when needed.
• Provides fast, friendly beverage service to casino guests and staff.
• Promotes casino events and programs to guests.
• Resolves service problems according to guidelines.
• Operates POS system and handles cash accurately.
• Maintains a clean, stocked workstation in line with safety guidelines.
