Travel + Leisure Co. in Orlando is seeking a Houseperson - Guest Delivery Runner for a 2nd shift (3:30pm–12:00am) to support the housekeeping team, delivering guest items promptly and maintaining storage areas to the Hospitality with Heart standard.

This position will be responsible for providing courteous and competent services to ensure all guest request deliveries are provided in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining the company’s expected high quality standards and Hospitality with Heart philosophy. The Houseperson Guest Delivery Runner will be responsible for the organization, maintenance and cleanliness of storage areas. This associate will adhere to the company’s safety program and maintain Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), including the new Global Harmonized System for chemicals (GHS), regulations.How You'll Make an Impact:Deliver items to guest suites in a timely and courteous manner, following the company’s protocols.Perform and maintain inventories of guest amenities as required. Stocks and/or restocks supplies’ storages as needed.Maintain positive customer and associate relationships: Respond appropriately to guest and associate inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction.
