Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Reservations Agent for Stonewall Resort. You will professionally manage incoming reservation calls, confirm bookings, answer questions on rates and promotions, and upsell where appropriate.

You will input data accurately in the PMS, coordinate with sales and other departments, and maintain deposit records while delivering warm, professional service to guests from around the world.

Qualifications

• Pleasant speaking voice and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 words per minute accurately.
• Reservations/PBX experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Professionally manage all incoming reservation calls with efficiency and professionalism; confirm reservations, up-sell, and answer questions on rates, resort facilities, services, and special promotions.
• Coordinate information with sales staff and conference services staff as well as all other departments.
• Input reservations accurately in the Property Management System (PMS) and maintain accurate records of deposits and shift reports.
• Provide outstanding guest service and assist with PBX and Front Desk tasks as needed.
