This non-exempt, full/part-time role offers $16.90 per hour plus tips; responsibilities include vehicle inspections, traffic flow, safety procedures, and delivering high-quality guest service while upholding uniform and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred; attitude and demeanor are mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; clean driving record.
• Willingness to maintain a professional appearance and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for damage and document parking locations.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles following safety protocols.
• Follow attendance, timekeeping, and tip reporting policies.
• Keep valet areas clean and organized at all times.
• Provide courteous guest service and collaborate with team to ensure high quality guest experience.
• Arrive on time, in uniform, and maintain professional grooming.
• Attend staff meetings and complete required training modules.
