The Fresh Market is hiring team members to support multiple departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. You’ll help guests, stock shelves, and maintain a hospitable shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Provide extraordinary guest service and assist across departments.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work in any department (Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, Front-End).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and engage with guests to understand wants and needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items across the store.
• Merchandise and stock products and assist guests throughout the day.
• Present self professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
