The Fresh Market is seeking team members to join our diverse departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. You’ll provide outstanding guest service and help guests find meal solutions while maintaining product knowledge and stocking shelves.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and help guests create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ads and assist across departments.
• Merchandise and stock products and assist guests to create a hospitable shopping experience.
• Present self in a professional manner, including adherence to uniform standards.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties.
