Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking team members to support multiple departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. You will engage with guests to understand needs and help them create meal solutions, while maintaining product knowledge and assisting across departments.

As a team member, you will merchandise goods, stock specialty items, and ensure carts and common areas are clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and assist guests with meal solutions.

• Present a professional image and adhere to uniform standards.
• Assist with general housekeeping and cart retrieval.
