Job summary

Food Fight Restaurant Group in Madison, WI is seeking energetic servers to greet guests, guide them through our tacos, tequila and craft cocktails, take orders, and deliver food and drinks promptly.

You will maintain a clean station, collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff, handle payments, and contribute to an exceptional dining experience. Part-time dinner shifts with weekend availability, plus tips, make this a flexible hospitality role.

Qualifications

• Server experience preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to utilize restaurant POS software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
• Great attitude and positive outlook.
• Strong customer service.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to carry trays or supplies (10-30 lbs.)

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, attentive service
• Guide guests through our food and drink menu, including tacos, tequila, and craft cocktails
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver food and drinks promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized section
• Work closely with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to provide an exceptional dining experience
• Handle payments and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
