Job summary

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience in a full‑service setting is required.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be 18 years of age or older for Server and Bartender roles.
• Must possess good basic math skills, the ability to write Guest orders accurately and operate a POS system.
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while standing for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Present food and beverage items quickly and accurately with proper garnish.
• Develop understanding of menu items and daily specials to share with guests.
• Run food for teammates and ensure guests receive responsive service.
• Remove used utensils and provide replacements.
• Take guest orders at the table and input them in the POS system.
• Execute the TBB 122 Steps of Service for all guests.
• Uphold policies on guest hospitality, safety, allergies, sanitation, etc.
• Provide warm, friendly service to encourage repeat guests.
