This role requires mobility, the ability to carry items, and strong communication. You’ll work in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment, learn operations, and contribute to a positive atmosphere that encourages guests to return.

Qualifications

• A desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• A positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to wipe down surfaces and maintain cleanliness.
• Mobility required during the entire shift and ability to move about the restaurant.
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required.
• Transports glasses/cases up to 25 pounds; mobility required throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks and ongoing service to guests.
• Greet guests, answer questions and make recommendations regarding food, drinks, and service.
• Interact with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via the state-of-the-art tablet-based Nigel POS system.
• Observe and serve guests, responding to any needs or requests.
• Present guest checks to each table.
• Participate in the clearing and resetting of dining room tables.
