Job summary

Kirkland’s Home is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and support all aspects of store operations and merchandising under management guidance.

The role involves selling, cashiering, stocking, and maintaining floor sets, while upholding Kirkland’s Home values of Customer Commitment, Caring Culture, Winning Attitude, and Innovative Spirit. Weekend/evening availability preferred, with focus on team success and customer satisfaction.

• Frequent movement to stock and bag merchandise.
• Prolonged standing and customer assistance throughout the store.
• Frequent communication with customers in person, electronic, and by phone.
• Ability to move merchandise 50 pounds+ to the floor/stock room.
• Operate POS system, registers and handheld devices efficiently.
