Qualifications

• Applicants must be 16+ years old and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong communication in loud environments and friendly guest interaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced bakery-cafe setting.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety understanding or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and provide excellent service.
• Assist in Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, and QC areas as needed.
• Prepare and assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Maintain clean and safe dining and work areas following safety protocols.
• Support colleagues by stocking supplies and setting up for the next shift.
