Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, take orders, process payments, and resolve issues appropriately.
• Operate cash register/POS and suggest additional sales.
• Maintain positive communication with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verify accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks.
• Clean kitchen, counters, utensils, dining area, and restrooms.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
• Stock inventory items as needed.
• Work at multiple workstations and ensure timely shifts.
