Job summary

Arizona Charlie's Boulder is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to join Fresca, LLC's team. You will take guest orders, prepare and serve items, and handle POS transactions in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualified candidates have at least 6 months of high-volume F&B experience, strong English communication, and cash handling skills. Prior POS familiarity with Infogenesis is a plus; willingness to work as part of a team is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced food and beverage environment preferred
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service in line with the company’s guest service culture
• Take food and beverage orders, prepare drinks, and ensure items are served accurately and efficiently
• Follow POS procedures including processing comps and managing cash drops
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, dining area, and FOH equipment
• Receive and stock warehouse orders and ensure proper labeling and storage
• Ensure adequate shift supplies including POS ribbons and paper
• Adhere to gaming laws and internal controls as applicable
• Perform other duties as assigned
