Job summary

Arizona Charlie's, LLC is seeking a Food Beverage Attendant to support daily operations in the Food & Beverage department by taking guest orders, preparing and serving items, and ensuring accuracy in point-of-sale transactions. You contribute to delivering excellent guest service, maintaining quality and sanitation standards, and creating a clean, welcoming environment for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced food and beverage environment preferred.
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience.
• Prior experience with Infogenesis or similar POS systems preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.
• Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Take food and beverage orders, prepare drinks, and ensure items are served accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all cash handling and POS system procedures, including processing comps and managing cash drops.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, dining area, and FOH equipment per Health Department and company guidelines.
• Receive and stock warehouse orders, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored.
• Ensure adequate shift supplies including POS ribbons, comp paper, envelopes, and receipt paper.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
