• Recommend coffee shop items to meet customer needs.
• Operate equipment in the coffee shop safely and efficiently, including refrigerators, ovens, grinders, and scales.
• Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise as needed.
• Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
• Stay updated on current ads and promotions.
