Our Guest Attendants will serve theater guests as their point of contact for check-in, guiding them to theaters, answering questions at the Concierge desk, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and processing payments. They focus on creating a world-class hospitality experience while maintaining safety standards to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment. CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain kindness and understanding
• Organize and lead theater cleaning, ensuring seats are sanitized before the next film
• Manage order cards, safety, and guest needs across multiple theaters
• Launch and manage guest orders from POS entry to delivery
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Maintain assistive listening and caption devices
• Foster a positive, team-driven atmosphere
• Troubleshoot guest issues with management support
• Own the lobby and seating experience, including managing lines, announcing seating, guiding guests, and communicating with leadership
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and current films/events
• Maintain cleanliness standards for the venue and touchpoints
• Follow safety protocols to ensure health standards
• Handle all guest interactions to ensure a positive experience
• Uphold company standards of behavior and conduct

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years experience in high-volume restaurant/theater environment preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Active alcohol and food handler certifications as per state requirements
• Interest in cinephilia is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 lbs
• Stand for extended periods
• Walk up and down stairs repeatedly
• Position self out of guest view when needed
• Operate POS touchscreen devices
• Work safely in busy, loud environments
