Job summary

SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT in Orlando is seeking a Guest Arrivals Ambassador to deliver outstanding guest service at entry and departure points. You will greet guests, answer questions, and assist with show times and attraction information.

You are expected to maintain calm under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and handle cash using the park's POS system. The role may involve indoor and outdoor duties in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong English language communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
• Excellent multi-tasking abilities.
• Must be able to train on protective equipment.
• Must be able to stand for entire shift.
• Ability to push/pull up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to handle cash and learn POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests on arrival and departure.
• Answer questions and resolve guest issues.
• Advise guests on show times and attraction information.
• Facilitate organized guest traffic flow.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
