Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking a Gatehouse & Parking Services Attendant to warmly welcome guests and manage parking and gatehouse operations. The role involves coordinating arrivals, directing guests, and maintaining safety across Lot A, Lot B, and the Gate House. Flexible shifts include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

The position supports Front Office, Bell, Valet, and Parking operations and requires a customer-focused, professional demeanor in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service, hospitality, transportation, parking, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong situational awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional guest service.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome arriving guests and verify reservations.
• Direct guests to parking areas and provide Resort information.
• Coordinate arrivals with Front Office, Bell, and Valet.
• Maintain safe traffic flow and assist with Lot A and Lot B parking.
• Support gatehouse access and seasonal parking operations.
