Job summary

The Gatehouse, Guest Arrival & Parking Attendant at Sundance Mountain Resort plays a vital role in creating a warm and seamless arrival experience for guests, Lodging Partners, and visitors. Flexibly supporting Front Office Operations, Bell, Valet, and Parking, you rotate between Gatehouse and parking duties to meet guest needs and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or hospitality is required.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong situational awareness.
• Able to work independently with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome arriving guests and visitors.
• Verify reservations and provide access to the resort.
• Coordinate arrivals with Front Office, Bell, and Valet.
• Direct guests to porte-cochère or parking areas.
• Monitor Lot A/Lot B parking and Lot B valet.
• Assist with traffic flow and safety.
• Maintain logs and communicate with departments.
