Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate in the United States. You will create a welcoming guest experience, greet customers, assist with finding items, and help with checkout. Your schedule may vary and shifts are posted by leaders.

You must be flexible, reliable, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training will start with a Target Welcome orientation, after which you pick shifts via the myTime app.
