Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to deliver friendly, efficient guest service in a fast-paced store environment. You will help guests locate products, answer questions, and promote Target’s services while maintaining store standards.

This role requires flexibility—nights, weekends, and peak hours—and offers training to help you succeed. On-demand shifts can be chosen via the scheduling app and hours may vary by store needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with finding products or information.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly.
• Operate POS system and assist with checkout and returns.
• Stock and organize merchandise and maintain a clean store area.
• Assist guests with drive-up, order pickup, and registry services.
