As an On-Demand TM, you can control your schedule by picking up shifts through the myTime app. You must respond quickly to contact attempts and work at least one shift every 5 months to stay active.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them find what they need to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Deliver friendly, efficient service at the register and during checkout.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up and activation.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies as needed.
• Demonstrate a culture of safety, courtesy, and problem solving.
