Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to support guest service and store operations. You will pick up shifts through the myTime app, with a flexible schedule that adapts to store needs and peak times.

No posted schedule; you may work varying hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, to help fulfill guest needs. You will be expected to attend an orientation, complete a short-term training plan, and then schedule pickups via the app to meet store demand.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and assist with needs to create an easy, friendly shopping experience
• Scan, bag, and assist with checkouts while following cash handling policies
• Demonstrate helpfulness and adapt to guest needs in a fast-paced environment
• Promote and explain Target services and benefits to guests
• Attend Target Welcome orientation and training before starting shifts
