Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate in Minneapolis. You will greet guests, assist with product discovery, and resolve issues to ensure a quick and pleasant shopping experience. You’ll promote loyalty programs, guide guests on using Target App features, and support fast, friendly service across checkout and assistance areas.

Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; training is provided to help you grow within a welcoming team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience
• Help guests find products and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
• Promote store services, promos, and Target Apps features
• Scan and bag items accurately; support checkout operations
• Assist guests with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering processes
• Participate in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient store environment
