Target in Orlando is seeking a friendly Guest Advocate for our On-Demand Team. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to engage with guests in a fast-paced retail setting.

As a Guest Advocate, you will greet guests, assist with purchases, explain benefits, and help guests use the Target App and services like Order Pickup and Drive Up. Training is provided to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

• Willingness to participate in training and learn store policies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture focused on the guest experience and service standards.
• Greet guests and assist with their daily tasks.
• Help guests with products, services, and Store offerings to resolve needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to improve guest experience.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately while following safety standards.
• Support order pickup and drive-up services and assist with sign-ups for benefits.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and assist associates as needed.
