Job summary

Target in Hawaii is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests and fellow team members. You will greet customers, resolve issues, explain features and benefits, and support drive-up and pick-up services.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced store environment; training is provided, with emphasis on safety, loyalty programs, and delivering an easy, inspiring shopping experience.

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft levels with a warm interaction.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Promote promos, events, and features in the Target App.
• Scan and bag items accurately and safely.
• Assist with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Handle returns or exchanges and escalate with leadership as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with policies.
