Starting Hourly Rate: $19.75 USD per hour

Pay Range: $19.75 - $29.65 USD per hour

Service & Engagement

As a Guest Advocate, your focus is on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and promoting store services and benefits to foster loyalty. Your role involves problem-solving, adapting to various situations, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests, understanding their needs through body language and communication
  • Operate scanners, bag items, and process transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Inform guests about current promotions, loyalty programs, and store services
  • Handle returns, partner with leaders for de-escalation, and support order pick-up and drive-up services
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety policies
  • Support compliance with legal and safety standards, including alcohol laws where applicable
