Job summary

Long Fence is seeking an experienced Guardrail Installer for Capitol Heights, Maryland. You will set up traffic control, haul materials and equipment to and from job sites, and install guardrails along roadways, including highways, while ensuring safety and quality on site.

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. You’ll work 6:00 am to 3:30 pm with possible night shifts; pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, plus health, dental & vision insurance, supplemental

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 75 lbs and carry 100 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of tools and driving.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Set up traffic control.
• Haul materials and equipment to and from job sites.
• Install guardrail along roadways, including highways.
• Maintain safety and quality on site.

Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years is seeking an experienced Guardrail Installer to join our team based out of Capitol Heights, Maryland.

The job duties will include but are not limited to:

• Setting up traffic control.
• Hauling materials and equipment to and from various job sites.
• Handling and installing guardrail along various roadways, including highways.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must have a clean driving record

Minimum Qualifications:

• Able to lift 75 lbs and carry 100lbs
• Will require working in adverse weather conditions at times.
• Basic knowledge of tools and driving.
• Must have a good driving record.

Working Hours

6:00 am to 3:30 pm

Shift Requirements

This position may require night shift work. The night shift work is project specific and can be assigned periodically.

Compensation:

• Minimum pay $20.00 per hour
• Max pay $22.00 per hour
